I know these things have been around for a while but for me it was the first time I've ever heard of it or seen one in action this past weekend.

There's a market outside of Saint John where the curly fries like those are their 'big thing'. There are huge lineups, and they're made with that thingy. SO good. :)
Sherrie - I had never eaten homemade curly fries before Sunday and man are they ever good. We only "curled" :-) 8 med. sized potatoes and we had a huge bowl full.
oh that is soooooooo cool!!!
