Hopeful

Well my dear blogger friends, I think I have found my confidence in Frenchy's once more. I have hope that things are looking up as far as finding treasures at my favorite thrift shop. It was just last evening that I mentioned on my blog that I wasn't just buying anything as not to bring too much ''extras'' in our home. Tonight the weather was damp and wet so Dave and I decided to head towards Weymouth/Digby and hit a few Frenchy's. Well look here at all the stuff we bought. Hmmmm, I wonder if half of these are classified as ''extras'' in our home...

Let's see what's on the kitchen table - three books for Dave, three CDs for Dave, a leg-weight for Dave, 8 packets of buttons (6 of which are wooden buttons), headband for me, white curtain, a water glass, another bottle with stopper for homemade kefir (or some other kind of probiotic brew), 5 yards of burlap, a shopping bag, a small gym bag for our son and a cute pottery vase.

But the best find of the evening are these two pottery wall plaques.
