30 hour jaunt to Halifax

Dave had meetings in Halifax Friday evening and Saturday til noon so I went along... for the ride (and some shopping of course).

We left Friday morning at 7:45 a.m. This was the scene from our back porch.


Anyone familiar with The Trailer Park Boys ? (I'm not really up to date with this, only from what I hear and what I heard). Anyways... this is Bubbles' bar in downtown Halifax.

Some of my purchases...


Bought two pieces for my ''soon to be completed'' elemental place settings. Bowl for the earth place setting and the other one for fire.


Lastly, I will leave you with what I ate for supper last night - sourdough bread, grape tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese. Hmmmmmm good !
