A fellow blogger and friend has asked me to post the recipe for the potato chip cookies I baked over the weekend for our Potato Harvest supper. This recipe comes from allrecipes.com so check it out here.
I used organic cane sugar and unbleached white flour. If you find the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of milk (or water).
