Clamburger recipe

Some bloggers, family and friends have asked me to post the clamburger recipe. Here it is.

Clamburger

2 eggs
2 (4.5 ounces/142 g) cans baby clams, drained
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Ketchup
4 hamburger buns

In a bowl, beat eggs; add clams, bread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and grated onion, stirring lightly to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 flat patties and sauté in heated oil, turning to brown both sides. Serve with ketchup on toasted buns.

Makes 4 clamburgers.

Those clamburgers sound yummy , may give them a try.

Your garden photos look great. I've been thinking about starting a strawberry bed , I think I will do a raised bed like yours , I like that idea.

Your strawberry jam looks delicious. I've had batches that didn't gel , we've used it as strawberry topping over cake or ice cream. I don't like wasting anything.

That quilt is beautiful you received , love it.
