Larabar

Lately I've read comments on a few blogs regarding this health bar ''Larabar'' so I decided to give it a try for myself (all comments I read were very positive by the way). At the health food market last night I got the Chocolate Coconut and Dave got the Pecan Pie. What can I say but - WOW ! the chocolate coconut one was sooooooo yummy. It's like a deluxe brownie. Dave gave me a taste of his pecan pie one - that one was delicious also. And there are about 10 different flavours. Can't wait to try Key Lime Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Lemon Bar and Pistachio.

I'm a fan !

Hmmmmmm, I have seen these bars, but never actually checked what was in them. I think I will give them a look-see next time I shop.

Colleen - I'm pretty sure there is a flavor out there that you could enjoy. I can't wait to go back to the health market to buy a few more.

Just a quick comment to honeyb.
If you go on their website, you can find stores that stock these bars.

Think I'm going to try them too. There is a store near Sebrina that stocks them. All those flavours sound amazing.

Lara's great but you might also like to try the Kardea gourmet nutrition bar. 7g fiber, 7g protein, 1g plant sterols, low saturated fat, only 150 calories----and these taste great and have great aroma. All four are vegetarian --- utilizing no dairy and utlizing lower glycemic agave and brown rice syrup as the primary sweeteners. 2 are vegan (chai spice and banana nut). We would be glad to send you samples for trial. rleighton@kardeanutrition.com
