Colleen - it was very yum. It was my first time baking crisp from rhubarb and it won't be my last.
Yummmmmmmmy, the rhubarb crisp looks delicious. I adore rhubard in any way, shape or form. Have you ever tried a rhubarb/custard pie. Delicious
Barb - yes, last year I baked a rhubarb custard pie for the first time and that is my next dish with rhubarb but I have to wait for the crop to grow some more.
