I might as well forget about store-bought marshmellows for when we go camping...Sunday evening I made homemade marshmellows (my first time) and it is very easy. They turned out 100% perfect. I will make a batch next summer, just before we leave for camping.
And of course, what is a marshmellow without milk chocolate and chopped nuts...

Yum!!!!! I may have to try and make some. my kids would be in heaven because I won't let them eat store bought ones.
They are great and so easy to make. I will post the recipe I used in case you decide to whip-up a batch.
