It was unusually dark at 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon. It looked like something was brewing on the horizon. Later that evening we had a thunderstorm. Not a speck of snow to be found on the ground anywheres... tomorrow might be another story though.Friday evening we played a round of my son's new Monopoly game. I had to leave the game at 10 p.m. on account that I had to catch a good night's sleep to attend my yoga workshop the next morning.
Saturday morning I was up bright and early (and what a gorgeous sunny warm day it was) getting ready for my workshop. Had this delicious steal cut oats before hitting the road.
13 hours of yoga - that's what my weekend was about and man am I ever happy and content... but I have to say - I have a few sore spots here and there but it was ALL worth it.

13 hours of yoga -- I am so jealous and I need something like that so bad right now. Gotta take some time and do some yoga today! Need to bring this body of mine back into health.
Feels like 23 hours of yoga this morning... he, he, he. Poor aching bones but I am still happy and content about my weekend.
