Decorating in the cold

Yesterday was a write-off as far as decorating outside... weather wise. It was minus 7 without the wind-chill so we opted to do inside stuff. This morning was a little warmer (at least the wind had died down) so we head out at 10 a.m. to go further in the woods to cut down four hardwood branches and three spruces.

So the backyard decorations are up. The silver balls on the branches look even prettier when the fload light hits it in the dark. Next weekend - the front yard.

I LOVE all the decorations! Did you make all the wreaths yourself? Great snowman! I may have to steal some of your ideas. :-)

Thank you Colleen. I made the wreath with the silver and blue shinny balls but the red berry one, I bought at the store last year... after Christmas sale. Dave made the snowman a few years back. We take him out every year. He is made of old barn wood but any wood is fine. Go ahead and use any ideas you want.
