Goodness of others

While in Yarmouth this afternoon, Dave and I each bought the necessary equipment for mackerel fishing at the wharf. And so we did....

After casting and reeling for almost an hour and still no mackerel we gave up and decided we would return tomorrow when the tide was higher. It wasn't a good time for a catch.

So we go to another wharf to drink our coffee and watch the boats come in. We bump into friends of ours just coming in from mackerel fishing all afternoon and they were looking to give away some of their catch (they had way too many for their own consumption). Plus.... they had mussels to give away also. How lucky was that or how blessed are we to have such nice friends.
