Fruit Cake

A month ago I saw on the 'Six in the World' blog that someone had offered the family a fruit cake. There was only a picture though. And it looked soooooo delicious that I decided to try my hand at baking one for us. Since I only had a picture to go by, I searched the internet for recipes. I made an Italian Cream Cake with a Belgium white chocolate butter cream frosting. Toasted coconut and pecans and put fruits on top.

And voilà... I already have tasters and they reported that it is delicious !
