Sitting - waiting, hoping for Spring and gardening again. Give it time, we need to give the seasons time to do their work. While I wait, I'm making lists (yes, I am very much a list person) of seeds to buy. I buy from two suppliers - this one and this one. We plant in organic soil and use natural pest control so it makes sense that we plant with organic seeds, right !
So here I am, waiting to get my hands elbow deep in rich, dark soil.
Be well everyone.

Do you start your seeds indoors or plant directly into the ground?
If indoors, when do you start?
I really need to get organized this year :)
Hi Kim - i plant directly into the ground after the last frost (which is pretty late in these parts compared to other zones).
there is just a little over 7 more weeks until the first day of spring. can you believe it.
I, too, am super over-excited for Spring. And thanks for the Hope Seeds link - I hadn't heard of them before! I'm excited to check it out in detail. :)
Sherrie - you're going to like what you see with Hope Seeds. The owner of Rose Farm in Gilbert's Cove is at the Belliveau Cove Farmers Market and last summer she carried a small selection of Hope Seeds. Maybe this year she'll add more.
Uh~oh , another thing we have in common , I'm a list maker too. I make list for everythinggg !
I'm ready for spring too , but Mother Nature has a different plan , we're getting freezing rain , sleet and snow this weekend , so no need to get in a hurry for garden plans.
